ERC Reflect in mail but not refelct in finance portal Q&A.
Dear Team,
I have encountered a situation where I received an ERC mail, but it is not being reflected in the ERC (Finance) portal. Could you please advise on the appropriate steps to take when this happens?

Answer is
This happened because the client's approver accidentally approved the request on behalf of the finance team by double-clicking, causing it to not appear in the finance portal.

Go to Manage Application tab and select Expense Claim so that you will get the option to check and approve the claim
